Local Delivery Guidance

The target delivery time is within 3 working days from the date of acceptance of your order and a just guide is not guaranteed. Our nominated carrier will require a valid signature as proof of delivery the product.

If your orders is delivered by our nominated carrier and you are not present at the location of delivery, then carrier will drop-off your package to your local post office for your collection.

Upon dispatch of your order from our warehouse, we will email the tracking details of the product to you for tracking your order. Please contact customer service team if you are unable to track.
