- Wash the wok with mild detergent and dry it thorough before using.
- Pre-heat the pan on low heat.
- Thoroughly coat the inside of the pan with a layer of cooking oil. Wipe away with a kitchen towel.
- Recommended to always clean the pan with kitchen towel instead of washing after each use.
- When washed, it is ideal to repeat the oil coating method.
